1. Registration fee standards and payment methods

Registration and payment before July 15, 2025:

1) Society member: 1200 RMB/person;

2) Non members: 1500 RMB per person;

3) Student: With a valid student ID, 1000 RMB per person.

Registration and payment after July 15, 2025:

1) Society member: 1500 RMB per person;

2) Non members: 2000 RMB per person;

3) Student: With a valid student ID, 1200 RMB per person.

*Attention: Guest speakers and pre registered participants online before the deadline for discounted registration will be subject to the pre discounted price.

2. On site payment

On August 7, 2025, the conference will provide on-site payment services, which accept cash and card payments. On site registration fee of 2000 RMB per person; Students can pay 1200 RMB per person with a valid student ID card. Representatives who plan to pay on-site are requested to fill out pre registration online before August 1st, so that the conference team can estimate the number of attendees and better serve guests.

3. Invoice issuance

After the meeting, electronic invoices will be issued based on the invoicing information registered by the attending representatives and sent to the reserved email address.

*Attention: Participants are requested to carefully fill in the invoicing information and email address in the registration receipt, so as to receive the electronic invoice for conference fees in a timely manner (financial content should be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school's finance department).

The accommodation and meal expenses are self funded, and the organizing committee will assist in booking the venue and nearby hotels.
